Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Zulexa Hijab iOS app, Android app, and website. We operate clothing stores in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Kirkuk, Iraq.
Data we collect
- Account: name, phone number, email (if used), role, branch, and PIN/password authentication.
- Orders and sales: products, quantities, prices, payment method, and order status.
- Delivery: address and, when you pin a location, precise GPS coordinates.
- Photos and videos: profile photo and images or videos you attach to a custom order.
- Workplace check-in: location when you scan an HR QR code, to confirm you are at work.
- Device: a push-notification token so we can send order and staff alerts.
How we use it
We use this data only to run the store: sign-in, POS, inventory, orders, production, delivery, HR attendance, and notifications. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.
Who processes it
Accounts and store data are stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging) on our behalf. Payment at the till is recorded in our system; we do not process card numbers in the app.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while the account is active and as needed for store operations and legal records. You can ask us to delete your account from Profile in the app, or by contacting us.
Your choices
You can decline camera, photos, microphone, or location in iOS Settings. Some features (QR scan, custom-order media, delivery pin, HR check-in) will not work without those permissions. Face ID is stored on your device only.
